The roundtable Revolution in Lebanon: an End to Identity Politics? took place on 26 November at the European University Institute. It aimed at anlaysing the protests erupted in Lebanon on 17 October, that are creating a unique and rare moment of unity in a country characterised by sectarian divisions and widespread corruption.

On the sidelines of the event, the two speakers Rossana Tufaro (Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Scuola Normale Superiore ) and Alain Kfoury (Research Associate at the Middle East Directions Programme of the EUI) accepted to sum up the main debated issues and record a short podcast
