PODCAST | Libya: Implications of the strategic Sirte’s capture by Haftar’s forces. With Virginie Collombier

On 7 January the Libyan National Army forces declared they took control over the city of Sirte, which has a particular symbolism in Libya’s recent history, having been the stronghold of the Gheddafi regime and later on the capital of the Islamic State organisation’s “Tripoli Province” (January 2015 – November 2016).
