This brief and insightful podcast recorded on the 29th of November aims to highlight the WPCS project’s main objectives, methodology and research components such as the military and political economy aspects of conflict and post-conflict reconstruction in Syria, as well as the added value of having built and empowered a team of local Syrian researchers.

The Wartime and Post-Conflict in Syria project (WPCS)  is run by the Middle East Directions Programme of the EUI in partnership with the Center for Operational Analysis and Research, with funds by the European Union.
It started in October 2018 under the direction of Agnes Favier, Research Fellow at the Middle East Directions Programme.
