The Middle East Directions Programme is looking for a research assistant for its activities in Libya.
The research assistant will contribute to research and policy advice on selected issues relevant to post-conflict in Libya with a view to informing the Programme’s policy dialogue activities. S/he will work in close collaboration with the Senior Research Coordinator and the Libya Initiative team in producing research notes and policy briefs, identifying international experts and consultants and coordinating their activities, as well as in producing reports and analysis relevant to the Programme’sbroader activities. The research will focus primarily on experiences of economic reforms and governance, local governance and local development in post-conflict environments.
